What happens to it

It goes into a queue a person works through, and the reply comes to the address you gave. If it is about your account we may need you to confirm something from the address the account uses — nothing here can look you up from a name. A security problem is welcome and is read first; please describe it rather than demonstrating it against somebody else's data.
