Best for

A gap in a team you already have, and a backlog you already own.

You own

Scope, priorities, delivery method and the outcome.

We own

Finding people who have done this module on a real programme, and the contract.

How it works

  1. Tell us the gap. The module, the Activate phase you are in, the seniority and when you need somebody.
  2. See candidates. Profiles filtered by what they have delivered, not what they have ticked.
  3. Talk to them. Through the Hub, anchored to the role, so the thread has a subject.
  4. They start. On your plan, in your stand-up, reporting to you.

What you get

  • You keep control of the plan — nothing about how you deliver has to change.
  • Scale down as easily as up: the commitment is per person, per month.
  • Filter on delivery history, so "has done EWM" means a project and not a course.
  • No finder's fee on a permanent hire if you later want to keep somebody.

When this is the wrong fit

If nobody on your side owns the design, this is the model that quietly fails — an augmented team needs somebody to augment.

Next step

Pricing for anything paid on the Hub is on the pricing page. What an engagement itself costs depends on the scope, which the estimator will size for you before you commit to anything.
