A delivered module is not a ticked box. The modules on your profile come from the engagements you list, so a company filtering for EWM finds people who have done EWM on a programme — which is why being found here means something.
Your name is not public. The directory is fully searchable signed out, and names appear to accounts. Being visible to employers does not mean being visible to your current one.
Rates you contribute are never shown beside you. They go into aggregates that are published only once at least three different people have contributed to the same bucket.
Nobody can message you out of nowhere. Every conversation is anchored to an application or a specific role, so there is no open inbox for recruiters to work through.

Nothing a consultant does here is paid for. The two things that cost money are a company featuring an advert and a deposit against an accepted quote.
