What we store

Your account details, the profile you choose to publish, the applications you send, and the rate figures you contribute. We record the country your sign-up came from, derived offline from your IP address; the address itself is stored only in binary form on your account row and is not used for anything else.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, named saphub.sid. It holds a random session identifier and nothing else — no name, no email, no browsing history. It is what keeps you signed in between pages, and it is deleted when you sign out. Ticking "keep me signed in" only changes how long it lasts.

There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies. Nothing on this site is loaded from a tracker. Because the one cookie is strictly necessary for a function you asked for, we do not ask you to consent to it — there would be nothing to decline that would leave the site working. The in-page assistant keeps your conversation in your own browser's session storage, which is not a cookie, is never sent to us, and is gone when you close the tab.

Visitor analytics

We count page views per country per day. No path, identifier or address is kept alongside that count, so it cannot be traced back to a person.

Your rate contributions

Contributions are never displayed individually. They are aggregated with other people's, and no aggregate is published until at least three different people have contributed to it.

Demographic questions

Gender and date of birth are optional, used only in aggregate, never shown on your profile and never shared with employers. Leaving them blank has no effect on anything.

Consent record

When you register we store the exact versions of these documents you accepted, and when. We do not record consent on your behalf for accounts created by an administrator.

Deletion

Ask us and your account and its data are removed. Aggregate figures already published cannot single you out and are not recomputed.
